The Royal Ęthelmearc Guild of Brewers, Vintners, and Meadhers, more commonly referred to as the Ę Brewers Guild, is a collection of Ęthelmearc citizens and friends with a common interest in the production of potable alcohol through fermentation using pre-17th century ingredients, equipment, and processes. Throughout these pages, you will find information regarding our organization, formal and informal activities, resources for research and production, and links to relevant sites elsewhere in the web.
